合法赌球 PART 2 之 “死鸡撑饭盖”

森州民主行动党青年体育与休闲局主任华汉伟今日发表文告，讥讽马华市议员萧开文，“死鸡撑饭盖”。

他说，如果萧开文连简单的华文也不明白，身为一名资深律师兼马青领袖，简直就是当之有愧。

因为根据萧开文在较早前说，“与其因为非法赌球活动制造社会问题，不如将它合法化，让政府容易控制”。他想知道，到底是容易控制社会问题，还是控制赌球活动，相信人民会很期待政府的答案。可是精明的选民早已经知道，就算把赌球活动合法化，也不能够打击黑市的活动。

华汉伟也很清楚说明，民联州政府禁止赌球的出发点，最主要的目的是避免有关活动荼毒社会人士，尤其是年轻人的思想和未来，而并非屈服任何一方，更何况这是一项不利于民的政策。

他补充，萧开文种种的询问以及推测，根本就是强词夺理。因为身为马来西亚芙蓉的子民，有什么理由要参考新加坡政府处理合法化赌博的课题？竟然如此，为什么市议会不去参考新加坡政府如何施政，如何改善人民的生活素质以及如何解决民生问题？

华汉伟也建议萧开文，如果这么简单的华文还看不明白的话，可以随时联络他本人。

合法赌球 PART 1

森州民主行动党青年体育与休闲局主任华汉伟今日发表文告，公开挑战马华市议员萧开文，针对中央政府“合法化赌球”的政策表明立场。

他说，在报章上喊话以及诬赖民联州政府，目的就是在抬高自己而贬低别人，而且也在企图严重误导芙蓉市民，鼓吹芙蓉市民参与赌球的活动。

“到底中央政府把赌球合法化的用意何在？”根据萧开文说，与其因为非法赌球活动制造社会问题，不如将它合法化，让政府容易控制。

那就证明了，赌球的确制造了社会问题，难道合法化赌球就能够减少社会问题？萧开文根本就是在自欺欺人！这种想法是非常幼稚的心态，毕竟成立已久的万字、博彩、赛马的投注站，根本就不能够杜绝黑市的活动，反而日益猖獗。

民联州政府禁止赌球的出发点，最主要的目的是避免有关活动荼毒社会人士，尤其是年轻人的思想和未来，而并非屈服任何一方，更何况这是一项不利于民的政策。

华汉伟也奉劝萧开身为领袖应该要脚踏实地，好好为选民服务，不要为了博取同情选票而故意抹黑行动党。俗语说：“一份耕耘，一份收获；只讲不做，等吃萝卜”。

“遵从中央政府决定，芙市会不阻赌球活动”

（芙蓉27日讯） - 森州民主行动党青年体育与休闲局主任华汉伟，针对芙蓉市议员沈景达在报章上的言论，企图误导芙蓉市民，声称“遵从中央政府决定，芙市会不阻赌球活动”，而严厉批评芙蓉市议会以及该市议员，暗中鼓励芙蓉市民参与赌球活动。

他说，八打灵再也市政厅刚通过反对赌球合法化的动议，不发出建筑物执照予投注站以进行赌球交易，否则冻结业者的建筑执照。明显的，这项动议是以制衡的方式，严厉打击赌球活动，因为预料在即将来临的世界杯，将会有更加猖獗的赌球活动。

民联身为雪州执政党，深深理解赌球投注站一旦开始营业，将会带来许多的民生问题以及社会问题。更何况，赌球也会直接导致全国的治安问题提升，是“弊多于利”的政策。

华汉伟也在此谴责沈景达，在不理解八打灵再也市政厅的用意，不应该胡乱批评民联执政的州属。

他也在此挑战森州民政党表态，是否赞同“全国赌球合法化”的政策。

国阵又想掩盖真相！！！

民主行动党森州秘书谢琪清特别助理华汉伟发表文告，严厉谴责国阵政府，试图掩盖F-5E战机发动机被偷窃的事件。

华汉伟说，我国两台F-5E老虎战机的发动机，分别在2007年6月以及2007年11月失窃。但是，国防部却在2008年5月才终于发现发动机被偷窃，然后在2008年8月才向警方报案。

今年，即2009年11月18日，警方才将有关调查报告交给总检察署。2009年12月中，总检察署将调查报告交回给警方，并要求警方进行更详细的调查。直到12月19日，某个主要报章才揭发这宗震惊全民的失窃案。试问，当时担任国防部部长，也就是现任的首相拿督斯里纳吉，是否也应该承担或对此偷窃事件负上责任？

当时，在案件刚爆光的时候，现任国防部部长扎希哈密地曾经宣称将会有高阶空军被对付。可是，后来全国总警长慕沙哈山以及总检察长阿都干尼，却异口同声的否认高阶军人涉及此案件。这一举的动作，显示出贪污腐败的国阵政府又再次尝试包庇涉嫌的高档案人物。

华氏质疑，为什么国防部等到超过一年才决定向警方报案，而不是马上采取行动。涉嫌的人物是否因为“分赃不均”，所以才决定把偷窃发动机的案件公诸于世。

再次呼吁总检察长以及全国总警长必须秉公办理，因为人民要看到的是水落石出的真相，而不是一直在拖、拖了又拖、没完没了，之后就不了了之的审讯，令人民对国阵政府贪污腐败兼滥权的行为，而感到极度的愤怒以及无限的悲哀！

20/11 - our 1st network gathering at Station 1 cafe Seremban, named: Facebook Gathering... we managed to sell out almost 100 tickets and attracted youngsters and also their parents to join us in this event. we had games, Q&A...etc... thanks to our beloved sponsors who helped us and making it a memorable night, not forgetting crew from DAP, Station 1-Pei Qi and Ivy...


25/12 - Merry Christmas! and also going to Bahau for Bro.Teo's wedding, with May May and Wayne... and guess what? someone said the hotel was haunted~~~creepy... ^_^


26/12 - had wonderful G-Chap again with MayMay, Wayne, Kent and Swee Kuan... wow!!! later that night went sing K...


27/12 - attended Bro.Teo's wedding lunch at Era Hotel, and guess what? i was honored to be invited as the Emcee...thanks Bro.Teo! the wedding event was a tremendous success...!!!

heya... here comes again, with a lot of unexpected...

24/10 - was in PD for a 1 day trip, visited places like Army Museum, Ostrich Farm...etc...back to Bayu, had Beach Game organized by Wayne and Kent...not too bad..!! but it was quite sucks at night during our barbeque session, pissed off!!! but had a great time yum char with both the teacher, Au and Sin Ying, Onn Zhai and etc..... thanks guys!!

25/10 - DAP 15th Convention, everything were smooth and some idiot M@tha-F@rker ruinned my mood and i was at the maximum, sorry for shouting...!!! later at night, Karaoke session with Wayne, Kent, Carmen, Miss Moon and YB Choy...

26/10 - sent Kent back to Bahau with Miss Moon... had ' G-Chap '... wow, great..!!! dinner with Kong Hing later in the evening...

this is 1 of the way to release tensions, when the others are having thought about me... i don't give a damn care what the HELL they wanna do to me, i live my own way, i have my own style, as long as i never betray anyone...!!! do not under-estimate me, do not condemn me, as i will only get stronger and stronger..!!~~~~~

was so long since i last updated my blog...so many things happened in just a short one month period...~~~ enjoyed going through? u bet..!

10-10-2009: Ceramah Perdana at Bagan Pinang election, i was the Emcee, accompanied by a PKR guy...guess what? Dato Seri Anwar was here as well and he touched me, "ang-gu-gu"...!!(u know what i mean la..)~~~ya la, and Anthony Loke said i'm Saiful the 2nd...thanks!!!~~

11-10-2009: Had my very 1st Durian Trip since...16yrs ago? with MayMay, Wayne and Swee Kuan...beer with durian, can meh?~~very nice tim~~! after the "meal", PAS lost majority of 5435 votes...wa lao eh...why so that teruk one? but at night, still got wonderful dinner, "curry fried shark meat"..!!! delicacy...~~

nice knowing some one from HQ, Swee Kuan n Mei Yuen...both are very sweet person~~~!
especially when it comes to..." i slap u ar..." (hahaha~)
